This was by far for finest collision body shop my mother and I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Everyone was so extremely helpful, courteous and kind; explaining all the work that would be done on our car, to the smallest detail. Upon picking up our car, it was spotless, shining and the work done superbly. Both my mother and I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision in Germantown, MD.

Unfortunately this is my second time here. I only say unfortunately because I wish people would stop hitting my car! Courtney and Jennifer at the front desk were so nice and friendly. The guy (sorry...I forgot his name) that looked at my car was so friendly and professional. When I came to pick up my car, I got so excited! It was cleaned, inside and out, very well and they had taken care of little blemishes that had nothing to do with the accident. Thank you for taking care of my car!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing ...did I say Amazing ... :-) service. I love this location and the staff that works there. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and very patient. They kept me up-to-date on the progress of my repair, which I loved. They even washed and vacuumed my car. I must say again amazing customer service. I wish I had more than five star to rate them. I will say that their service was above and beyond what I had expected. I highly, highly recommend service at this location. I will definitely take my vehicle back there again if I ever need to in the future.

My car door was damaged at my job. I called USAA to make arrangements to have my repair done. They called on Gerber. What a painless experience. Gerber had me in and out with my paperwork in no time. They also called and arranged for a rental car. Five days later I got my car back. It looks fantastic! The repairs look wonderful. I would completely recommend Gerber for your collision needs. The kept us informed of the progress throughout the process and the end product was perfect. I plan to send a letter to the service location shop directly, but wanted to make sure that you were also aware of the FANTASTIC people that you have at your Germantown, MD location. While visiting a body shop usually occurs after a potentially traumatic/inconvenient incident, I have to tell you that from the second I walked through the front door, Ms. Jessica Savannah put my mind at ease and helped to make the customer service experience quite possibly the best that I have EVER had. She was courteous, well-prepared, and very knowledgeable. Your General Manager, Harry J. (who handled my estimate), could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. I was told when I scheduled the appointment through the national number, that I would need to make arrangements for the rental car, etc... both Harry and Jessica took care of this without me ... lifting a finger. Jessica's follow-up via email and phone were very professional, once again removing any effort or burden on me. Not only did the job finish ahead of schedule ,but Harry and his crew went above and beyond to clean the car inside and out... even wiping the haze from the from headlights. While the quality of work performed was top of the line, it is because of Jessica and Harry that I will recommend this shop to anyone in need of collision or glass repair. These two represent your company in the best possible ways and I hope that their effort and attitude is recognized. read more
