It was amazing! The personnel was so respectful. They made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in the door. I was updated daily and I was always knowledgeable as to what was going on and to when my truck would be ready for pickup. They keep to their schedule and delivered my truck in A+1 condition. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to my friends, strangers or anyone ell=se. They have it figured out. When a job is done so completely and correctly the word will spread. This is a small valley and if a company screws you it will become common knowledge. Thanks

Beautiful work! My car looks like new! Although, there were hiccups trying to ship my window from out-of-state, that was out of Gerber's control. They were VERY good at calling me at every step of the process to let me know about the delay and when to expect my car. Will definitely use them again and refer to my friends and colleagues! the people in this office - Eduardo, Austin and the assistant at the front desk have been outstanding in handling things that have happened to my daughter's car this year -- she hit an elk and 11/22/16 had a car accident when someone pulled in front of her -- THESE FOLKS HAVE CALLED ME, they have kept me informed and they are so very kind and coureous -- there isn't another place we would take our cars based on customer service alone -- they have helped with the insurance claim, helped with rental car information, etc.....and, they are really, really good to me and my girls -- THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH - if everyone gave this kind of customer service, we'd all be a lot happier!
