I was totally satisfied with my recent experience, from dropping off my truck to picking it up. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The estimate was spot on for what was charged upon completion. The truck was completed on the date promised and My truck looks Awesome!!! The paint matches perfectly and they even went the extra mile and cleaned and shine whole the truck. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need any repair work in the future. I highly recommend these folks!!

Have told Hartford of the GREAT EXPERIENCE dealing with your firm has been. At age 85, first accident, you can imagine what a trauma it was. Then I take the car to Gerber. Greeted by a cheerful receptionist who will take care of what comes next. Ethan B. takes me in hand with understanding. From that day on, I don't have to think about anything! All this on a Monday morning! Everyone professionally ready for work. I choose you because of proximate location, close to where I live.
