Repair was completed on time and was done exceptionally well. Michael G stayed in touch with me 2-3 times per week keeping me updated on progress and made sure that all fluids added were exactly what was currently used in the vehicle. David C took great pains in bringing my truck back to pre-accident condition. The entire process was as pleasant as it could possibly be. This type of customer care is unusual today but I really appreciated his interest in my repair. I would highly recommend this repair facility to anyone without reservation!! From the first time I walked in, they made me feel very comfortable. They service was very good and the people were very nice. A guy name Michael at the front desk was friendly, smiled, and made sure i was updated at every turn on the service of my car. I would definitely return if i ever need work on my car again. The repairs look very nice.

Gerber collision is wonderful! Michael Gaskin truly helped me from start to finish. My car was rear ended and since it was a Saab 08 many of the parts needed were extremely difficult to find. Michael was in constant contact with me letting know the status of the parts we were looking for and did not give up until the car was fixed. Thanks Gerber for all you did to fix my car, it was truly above and beyond what I would have expected!

After my accident I was prepared to have my car fixed at a body shop that my family had used for many years. I went to Gerber Collision in Greensboro to get it estimated as my insurance provider had instructed me to. After the great service that I received from Michael Gaskin and Leslie Jones just for the estimate, I was convinced to have them do the repairs. They were very customer friendly and answer all my questions and really took the time to explain the process in detail. While my car was being fixed they updated me with pictures/phone calls to make sure that I was being satisfied with my service. I highly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs collison repair. I could not be as satisfied as I am with my car. Kudos to Michael and Leslie!!!
