I couldn't have asked for a better company to take my car to for a repair! From the start they were great and kind to me, when I needed to get a rental to get back and forth they called Enterprise to come and pick me up, they gave me updates every Tuesday and Thursday through phone calls and even text message. My car was repaired before the day I was given which was also a plus because of how hectic my work schedule is. The day I got my car I wasn't gone off of the lot more than 10 minutes and one of my parts came loose from under my car, I called them and within 15 minutes some techs came in their personal vehicle secured my vehicle and drove it back to fix what had happened. It didn't even take them 10 minuets to fix it. I will definitely use them for future references and I recommend them to any and everyone! Job well done.

Was rear ended with minor bumper damage. The staff was very friendly and the service was superb. Mallory was very knowledgeable with the damage estimate pointing out the exact areas and their severity. Jamie kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and explained the entire process step by step. The technicians did a superb job of paint matching, everything looks like it just rolled out of the factory. Would definitely recommend.

The collision service I received at this location was great! The welcoming was warm and everyone there displayed true professional customer service. The service for my repairs were quick and fast. I was really expecting them to take at least 5-7 business days to complete the work I needed done; however that was not the case. I took my truck to get estimates done on a Wednesday, an appointment was scheduled for that following Tuesday, and I received my truck back on a Thursday! When I saw my truck it looked brand new and I was super excited to have it back! If I ever need anything done to my vehicle or refer anyone Gerber Collision & Glass is it! The company was EXCELLENT!!!!!!

Everything went smoothly. Repairs were professionally done on time. Office staff were very competent and helpfull. They even made the arrangements for us to be picked up by Enterprise car rental. Overall, the experience was as pleasureable as that sort of thing could be.

Gerber is an outstanding place to receive work done on your vehicle. This experience with them is nothing less than exceptional. This is my second experience and I will continue to use them as long as they are in business. Two weeks ago someone hit my car while I was at work and without an appointment Jamie quickly surveyed my vehicle and let me know when I could bring it in again and set me up for another appointment. Once I had the time Jamie and Mallory quickly got me on the books. When I brought my car in they took car of everything quickly. David and Bryan did an amazing job in fixing the dint that someone caused. I could not tell my self because the work was perfect. Damen and Zach are excellent as well the paint job was very well done and looked like when I picked it off the lot. I am very grateful for everything they do for me ... when I come to Gerber. My car was hit while parked in front of my home and was undrivable. Having never dealt with a situation like this before, I spoke with my Insurance Company, who provided me with multiple collision repair locations. I called Gerber Collision & Repair. Jamie was very helpful from the beginning. In fact, it was the customer service she provided from my initial phone call that was the deciding factor in selecting Gerber Collision & Glass. It turned out that my car was deemed a total loss; however, both Jamie and Ryan were very helpful throughout the entire process. Ryan explained the damage done and Jaime was very helpful in speaking with the insurance company, as well as being very quick to follow up with me. I appreciate their help and the great customer service. Thank you!
