Excellent service when I got the estimate very prompt and friendly and the same when I got my car repaired. Also great communication. I am very impressed and the facillity is very comfortable and clean. I hope I never wreck my car again but if I had to bring it somewhere it would be there also I would highly recommend this place to my friends

I would highly recommend having your car repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass (Hammond location). They provided great service repairing my car. Dave Walla, general manager, called multiple times giving me updates regarding car parts arrival, estimate, and the progress on my car. It was greatly appreciated to have great customer relations during this process. My car looks brand new!

Service was great get 10 stars all around everybody. Highly Wreck- ommended by me! The updates were great George (who i dealt with most) could'nt have been more helpful.Also the guy who drove me home to get my license plate!! My car look's like new!!!!!!!!.

Couldn’t let another day go by without telling you and your staff how all of you went out of your way to do such a wonderful job on our car. The staff at the Hammond Gerber are very friendly, professional and provide quick and quality service. After I went and met with my claims adjuster for my insurance company he sent my information to Gerber and before I could even get back to my house they had called to set up an appointment to get my repairs started. When I brought my car in the woman at the front desk( I believe her name was Susan) took my information and informed George that I was there. George was very polite and efficient at explaining what they were going to do to fix my car and how long it would take and exactly how much I would pay when I pick it up. The repairs were completed at the time I was provided and when I went to go pick it up received the same high quality service as before. The repairs looked AMAZING! My front end looked like it did when I bought my ... car(which was brand new.) George walked the repairs and showed me exactly what they did and made sure that I was happy with them before I paid what I owe. I was walked through all the guarantees by Susan. It was a great experience and then when I got into my car they had vacuumed the inside and cleaned the windows. I could not have been happier with the service that I received and individuals that I interacted with ! They made this process easy and as painless as possible. I am truly happy that I chose them to perform the repairs and would recommended to anyone who needs work done. I hope that I don't need their services again, but if I do I will definitely be back! read more
