The body work was awesome.. they cleaned my car in the inside and out... they even made it smell good. The General Manager Mark H. was very in his dealing with me... and very professional. I would like to commend Jose V. on the excellent handling of getting my vehicle back to me. I appreciate all the hard work of everyone. I was notified every step of the way and I also would like to state that the entire staff at the Hammond, IN location is great and friendly. I was able to stop in with my dog Diamond on our way home from the veterinarian. I was completely surprised and grateful to everyone. They treat you like family. Thank you to all that was involved.

This was my first car accident and I chose Gerber location in Hammond, Indiana. From the moment I walk in I had a great experience. Very friendly and patient staff. Jose V. was my estimator and he was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He explain my damages and kept me up to date with my repairs. Overall, best experience I was never kept on the 'loop" not to mention my car was ready in one week, excellent service.
