I went there with out an appointment. Got an estimate from Butch, I believe his name was , very friendly and wrote up the estimate explaining everything, what,how and why the repair was to be done. Very good customer service, they even laughed at my jokes ! I'm not one for making myself clear when writing but they did one heck of a job. Can't even tell where the repair was or even if there was a repair.

I had an awesome experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. From the moment I called and made an appointment to when I walked in to when I got my car back, I appreciated the customer service and everything was taken care of. The repairs were amazing, above my expectations and it was done really quickly which helped out a lot. Overall it was excellent!

Unmatched customer service. I've (unfortunately) dealt with collision companies in the past, and the experience with Gerber in High Point was off the charts. Twice per week I'd receive updates on my vehicle's progress, and the car was complete over a week before the expected date. Looked brand new, and was even vacuumed and polished on the inside and out. Getting in an accident is never fun, especially when you aren't at fault, but Gerber Collision of High Point made the experience as pleasant as it possibly could have been. Can't thank them enough!

In addition the experience with the staff at Gerber, especially Mona S., who checked me in and kept me appraised of progress, was just great. Great customer service!! From the minute that I walked in the door, I knew that I had chosen the right repair shop to fix my damaged vehicle. When I arrived at the shop to pick it up, Mona knew me by name, which is very impressive. I did not feel like just a number, but a friend.
