Derek and all the staff at Gerber's High Point treated me with care and concern. They also made the Volvo's dents and scrapes disappear in a timely and professional manner. Great service and professionalism at it's finest. They inspected the vehicle to make sure there was no more damage than the adjuster found. When they found additional damage they informed me and then took care of the damages. They figured about 7 days to repair. They repaired and delivered in 4 days. Great work and service. The entire experience of getting my bumper replaced at Gerber Collision & Glass was absolutely outstanding! Will Hughes and Derek Wark are two of the most professional individuals I have met in quite a few years! Not only was my Ram Pickup repaired rapidly, it was done in only 3 days (estimated time was 6 days!) and the job was done perfectly. I recieved daily updates on the repair progress and both those gentlemen couldn't have been nicer! I called my State Farm Agent's office and told them to please continue to refer other State Farm members to this particular repair facility! I also took numerous business cards from this Gerber office to hand out to neighbors and friends who may need repair work in the future. All in all, I could not be more pleased!
