The updates during the week as to status of work and anticipated completion were courteous and very informative. The completed work on my car looks great. Not even 2 hours after my accident Rick, Sean, and Danielle had gone out of their way to accommodate me , give me an estimate , and get my car in the very next morning. I needed to drive a long distance to pick my daughter up from college. They arranged for Hertz to meet me as soon as I dropped off my car . They lifted my spirits. They were friendly and I felt assured my car was in competent hands. Rich offered to give me a tour and gave me a thorough explanation of how the process works. Danielle took care of my paperwork and phone calls. Sean was courteous to make time to give me an estimate snd follow up with a phone call. Rich called the following day. I appreciated the regular updates on the progress of repairs. A day after getting the car back a brake warning light came on the dashboard, we contacted Sean and brought the car in where they found a bad ABS sensor clip. Repair was done in a couple of hours and we were back on the road with no further issues.

Very courteous. Customer service outstanding. They are people of their word. I received text messages along with a phone call every Thursday advising of the status of my vehicle. Upon arrival & after receiving the car, it was spotless & smelled like a brand new car. The repair was done sooner than the expected date of 12/12.

Everyone there was extremly nice, very helpful and contacted just as they said they would do. They kept me updated on my vehicle repairs. Not once, did I have to call them and ask them anything. They took care of my vehicle. I saw one little thing and they immediately corrected the problem with no questions. EXCELLENT TEAM AT THE HIGHLAND LOCATION!!!! I had four quotes from local repair shops to fix the dent in passenger side of my Chrysler,Town and Country. Gerber was the average quote and I am so glad I chose Gerger. I received wonderful service from my neighborhood Gerger Collision. My van was returned to me much sooner than expected and the repairs were excellent. It looked better than the day I bought it. It was completely cleaned inside and the several "tree sap marks" were removed from the outside. Also the staff was very, very nice. Rick and Danielle communicated well with me and were very personable. I say enough about the great quality of service I received. I certainly will recommend Gerger.

Great experience with this facility. Very personable staff. The repairs were done perfectly. The receptionist(Danielle?) was very helpful with getting my loaner car. Hopefully, I won't need their services again, but if I do, I know my car and myself will be taken care of.

Gerber Collision in Highland was terrific. Sean's put together my estimate quickly and scheduling the repair with Danielle was easy. When I picked up the car, I was amazed as how good it looked. It was as if the car had never been hit. Everyone was friendly and the price was very reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend Gerber in Highland to anyone who needs auto body repair and if the need arises in the future, I will return to them.
