The vice president of Toys for tots Tom D. had a flat tire on his way to a presentation a important presentation we needed to get it fixed now Gerber being one of our Toy collection locations so we went in there and they got us going iright away and we thank him and you guys are great

The best repair shop I have ever had service at in my life. The body work was excellent and my vehicle looks like a show room floor model. The customer service was 10 stars! I was updated via email, phone call, and text on the status of my vehicle. The staff went over the top when they learned I had to leave town to finalize the adoption of my child. The staff stayed late to ensure that I had my car and didn't have to worry about it while I was traveling. I would personally like to recognize the manager Rick W. Great customer service and it is easy to see that he goes the extra mile for his customers!

Knowledgeable about the whole process and learned how things are done.The rest of the staff is unbelievable with their customer service and would highly recommend this Gerber location to anyone who needs work done. I've have used Gerber Collision and Glass in Highland, IN on several occasions and each time they have done excellent work with great Professionalism and returned my vehicle in a timely manner.
