Rick has a very friendly staff at this location. He himself is a very people person. Will give you right advice and the work is also top quality. I took my Mercedes to get some body work done and the price was very reasonable and I got my car back day before it was promised. Special shout out to Danielle at the front desk for her great customer service skills. Great job Gerber team. Keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend this shop to everybody who is in need of body or glass work done.

Rick W., General Manager at this Gerber location, is a great customer service professional. His expertise and human decency made my auto collision repair experience, in which I began with guarded reservations, excellent. The Gerber feedback via text and on the telephone represented first rate communication feedback. This is very important for me since I need my vehicle for work. If I have or know of any future needs of friends & family, I look forward to future business with Gerber at this location. Of course, I hope Rick will remain there with his talented team of Gerber associates. (Kyle included).

WOW! I am so happy with my service at the Highland Store. Rick W. Danielle, and Shawn were very professional and personable. The quote process was very quick and easy. I was told step by step the work and the parts needed for the repair. It was very easy to set an appointment. I even received a phone call everyday my car was in the shop for the progress.
