From the minute I walked into the Gerber facility I was treated with the highest level of customer service I had ever experienced. The Gerber representatives took over my case immediately, called my insurance company and made arrangements with them for the repairs and a rental car. They then arranged for my rental car. I only sat in the waiting room after making myself a cup of coffee and watched them do their magic. I had never experienced this level of customer service before from other auto body repair company. Pam, Scott and Ken performed above and beyond what I would of expected, explained the entire process and what I was to expect during the process and took all the stress of the experience from me and handled everything for me. Gerber's price of the repairs was more than competitive and they returned my car to me repaired earlier ... than their projected date of completion.
