Impressed by the whole team in Holly Springs...Rodney, Kelley and Pam. The service was excellent and the repair looks great. Two other places where I received quotes wanted to replace my entire hood due to the dent, however Gerber was able to repair my existing hood so I could keep the original part.

All-around great experience with Gerber Collision. They were on the recommended auto body list from my insurance company & I did a cross-reference with their Angie's List ratings and definitely made the right choice! Often times in life we can only find the bad. But as a business owner myself I think we should also find the good. Although my car has not been fixed yet. I am here to tell you that the reason I am having fixed at Gerber is not the price (you were not the cheapest) it is because of Gus. I have never been treated like I was when Gus welcomed me into your shop. His professionalism, and knowledge can only be surpassed by his personality. His new title should be " Manager Of First Impressions" you are lucky to have him.

Very easy to work with. Highly attentive staff. I loved the updates from Sal that were texted over to me. I felt like I was kept in the loop regarding my car. When the car was finished Sal arranged to me to be picked up at home. Garrett was super nice, polite and a very good driver. Garrett did an awesome job cleaning my car as well. Over all I was very please and that is why we are repeat customers of Gerber Collision. Thank you so much my car is back as if nothing had happened to it. Love it!! You all rock. And the secretary was very kind and professional.

Everything about the work and service was perfect. I would have preferred to have been able to get an appointment sooner and have the work done closer to the date of my collision, but I understand why they are so busy. They do exceptional work.
