On 12/28/2015 a had my Jeep Cherokee towed to Gerber Collision in Holly Springs, NC following an automobile accident. The very next day I was contacted by Chris who explained Gerber's step-by-step process in which my Jeep would be returned to my in the condition prior to the accident. Chris contacted my at least 2/week with an update of where they were in the process and when my Jeep would be ready and they actually started a few days earlier than anticipated. He also explained a problem they were having with the rear axil shaft/axil housing and in some cases this could total the Jeep. His next update determined only the shaft needed replacing and they were on track to finish. A couple of items did not fit up correctly but they took their time and finished it correctly. Everyone was courteous and professional, and not only did I receive my car back all fixed and looking great, they worked with Allstate and Enterprise so I had very little to do myself with car rental and additional expenses.

I had EXCELLENT service with Gerber Collisions. I received constant updates keeping me reassured with the service my car was getting, I had friendly customer service and anything that I needed or had questions about. The service was reliable when it came to how long it would take to finish the job, the quality of the finished product was INCREDIBLE. I will definitely be visiting them again if any other car service is needed. LOVE THEM!!!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The kept us informed as to the repairs on our vehicle. When we picked it up the technician walked us out and explained everything that was done and let us know that if there were any problems, we should not hesitate to call. That is wonderful customer service and the car looks great. They even cleaned it to look like new.

I like the professional and helpful attitude of all the people I dealt with. I did not like that the car set for far almost 2 weeks, waiting on parts, before the body work was done, and THEN sent for alignment. It could have been aligned with the old parts on it while it was waiting. I think they should work to get the car back to the customer as-soon-as-possible.
