I had a couple of dents repaired which looked excellent. They were going to use some touch up paint from Subaru but it was back-ordered for a couple of months. When they were finally able to get it that called and fixed the touch up spots the next day. I couldn't believe how great a job they did. I am over the top pleased and would recommend them for car body repairs

If I could give this location more stars I would. We drove all the way from California to visit family and 50 miles from our destination we hit a deer and totaled the front of our car. So not only were we in an accident but we were 2000 miles away from home with our transportation now damaged. Allstate told us that they recommended Gerber and man am I so happy they did. Not only did the make sure that our car was fixed within a week, they made sure to contact us through every step and ensure that we still got to enjoy our vacation. It is only because of their amazing staff, who were so kind and caring through what could have been the catalyst for a horrible vacation, that we were able to enjoy our time with family and be able to drive home, in our own car, on time to make it home when we needed. Excellent customer service! I called with primer spilled all over my vehicle. They told me to come in and they would take a look. Jay took the time to get the majority of the primer off my paint . Extremely helpful and affordable ! They have a new customer !! Thanks!!

I called Gerber in Hudsonville after I had just gotten a new license plate and the screws holding the old plate on would not come off. Not only did they see me right away, but it only took them 5 minutes to get the old plate off and put the new plate on. Jay was phenomenal. They even refused to charge me when I insisted on compensating them for their time. I had called other local body shops and mechanic shops to see if they could help, but all they did was give me reasons why they couldn't help. Gerber gave me reasons why they could. That's how you win business. Gerber won mine.

Went in to get a quote for a scratch on my hood, I thought was down to the metal. Jay Steinebach was looking at it and said it was not that deep and could be most likely be easily buffed out. He took my car back for about 5 minutes and the scratch was completely gone!! He was extremely friendly and didn't charge me anything to buff it out. This is an honest shop and I will certainly go back when I need work done on my vehicles. Thanks!!

I brought my SUV in for a repair estimate. Jay took one look at the back of my vehicle and what I thought were major scuffs marks and scratches made by the garage door, he said he could take care of it. He took my car and within 10 minutes, he brought my vehicle back and all of the marks were gone. It looked like new. Jay was more than happy to take the time to help me. I will definitely bring my vehicles to Gerber for any future repairs needs. They are the best!
