Repairs were completed in time frame that was promised. Communicated all information in a timely manner. Repairs looked great and time was taken to go over what was done and care to be taken with repair site in regard to cleaning and waxing.

Excellent work done on all cars I've brought in to Gerber Crystal Lake. Joe and everyone at Gerber were very thorough and detail oriented in all points of service, speed, and helping to show me different choices regarding what work should be covered under insurance versus what would not be. They're one of the few places where I was really confident I can count on leaving my Malibu or any other model in their hands and have it returned to me in new condition. Joe did a great job of explaining all the body work and puting things in perspective regarding the repairs needed.

This is my second time having work done at Gerber. I had a great experience before, so I sought their service again. I was again impressed by their outstanding customer service, high level of professionalism, and excellent work. The service center is very comfortable. Raul was my agent and he was great. Jason is very thorough about explaining what repairs need to be done and also what might come up as the repairs are being made. Making the customer aware of what might come up is very comforting instead of finding out later. The whole process and the quality work is excellent. This has been my second time with them and would highly recommend getting repairs done here.

Car repair experience with this Gerber location is wonderful. The entire staff there works great. The Estimator Mc Kinney examined the damaged thoroughly and helped me understand the repairs required. Rick E and his staff took care of the car professionally with extra care for a paint on side mirror......Definitely recommend to friends

I had many of my cars repaired at Gerber Northwest Highway. I'm not big on surveys but this shop deserves one. My car looks great. Repairs were finished ahead of schedule. I was kept informed and customer service from Tom was above and beyond. If I need collision repairs in the future this is the only place I will trust with any of my cars. Thank you. Thumbs up.

Brought the car in on July 17th. Was told it would be ready on the 20th. However when the parts came in Gerber did not like them and said the car would then be ready by the following Friday . Received a call on Tuesday the 23rd car should be ready on Wednesday. It was ready and looked excellent. Thank you for the great service.
