First of all, Robert, our contact person who set everything up, was absolutely superb: straightforward, honest, helpful--always educating us and ensuring that we had stellar service. My wife and I are extremely appreciative of Robert going above and beyond. Please recognize his service. The body shop people did a beautiful job on the crumpled door, mirror and fender. In addition, they graciously cleaned our mats and dashboard, washed the car, and even replaced a burned-out brake light. Wow! I will be recommending Gerber to anyone who needs repair work.

Excellent workmanship on my Dodge Caravan. Customer service was great, they kept me informed often on the progress of my repair. They finished the work early and I was able to use my car for a trip.
