The wait time was a little bit longer than I desired, but given that there was only one estimator and it was a holiday weekend, the turnaround made sense. The work that they completed on my car, however, was unbelievably fantastic! My car was vandalized, and they went above and beyond to fix every detail that I had pointed out and even detailed the inside of my car. World class service and will be back!

This Gerber location went above and beyond! I am very pleased with the repairs that they did for the hail damage on my vehicle. Everyone at this location was very nice and kept me updated about my repairs. The general manager, Mark, kept me informed with what was going on with my vehicle and he was able to answer all of my questions. I will be bringing my vehicle back to this location for them to fix damage on my vehicle from a previous accident that was not repaired correctly by two other body shops. The team at this location is friendly, provides excellent customer service, and goes above and beyond for customers! I will recommend this location to all of my family and friends for repairs!

Mr Eric and Ms Mildred treated me like family on the first day, and I was on the phone. They were able to take my car the same day. I have a 2021 Infinity, that someone tried to steal by shattering the sun roof and destroying the shade. Mr Eric and Ms Mildred were sympathetic and assured me that repairs would be done soon. Ms Mildred text or call every two or three days with up dates. I picked my car up two weeks later, and it looks great. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and neighbors.

Excellent service and work performed. Mike was very professional and friendly and provided the estimate which was timely and fair. Donnie assisted on the day of the service and was very helpful and kind. Very happy with the outcome of the service provided. Will go here in the future for any vehicle repair needs.

Exceptional service with a personal touch. Ryan kept me informed of the vehicle status & various challenges in repairing the front door on my ole '92 Ford F-150 truck. I can now open the door from the inside after 3+ years!! Guys did an incredible job... Excellent communication throughout and will recommend their service to family and friends.

I am writing to provide feedback on Bill W. and his team located in Evanston, Illinois. Starting with dropping the car off for extensive repairs Bill informed us of what would be done and the process that would be used. I was kept informed of the repair status with text messages throughout the process. Bills estimate of the time it would take to complete this repair was right on target. My confidence that the repair was done correctly was not only with the outward look of the car but by Bill taking time to walk us through and explaining the photos that were taken throughout the entire repair process. I was very impressed with the quality of work, friendliness and professionalism by Bill and his team.
