I have stopped by today to try to fix my land rover side mirror. Richard stepped in to not assess how much would cost to fix it but actually he spent 20 minutes to fix it on the spot. What a great person and great moral. I have been coming to this location for so many years and Richard was there every time I brought car to fix. Thanks for fixing - I did not have to leave the car .it was great early Xmas present. Thank you Gerber.

I would like to give a shoutout to the workmanship performed on our vehicle at this Gerber location. I am from Michigan but had an accident in Chicago and had no idea about repair shops. The car was eventually towed to this location for repair, and I must say we are completely satisfied with the work performed. We were kept up to date on the work being performed and the timeline needed. In the end we drove from Michigan to Illinois to pickup the vehicle and the car looked like brand new regarding the work performed. I would totally recommend this collision shop!

My car was repaired fast and it was a very smooth operation. I received regular updates and was able to leave the rental car at the shop. My car was also washed, including the inside of my doors, rims, and tires. Service above and beyond., like always.

I wish I could give them all the stars in the world because my vehicle looks incredible! I've used other collision centers and nobody compares to Gerber in Oak Forest IL. I've been getting so many compliments on my vehicle! I've been asked if my car is brand new and it's a 2017! They do impeccable work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a random issue with my car hood while driving on the highway and didn't feel safe driving at high speeds. After pulling into several of the auto dealerships where no one had time to even talk to me, I tried Gerber. Within 5 minutes, and a few squirts of.
