Your team did an amazing job and made such a stressful time in my life so much better. Their work was impeccable and they made my car beautiful. This is the second time I've had come here. The first time was also amazing. When I had to pick a place through my insurance this time I prayed that this location would be on the list. I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else. Your customer service representative Jennifer was so helpful and pleasant. She is truly amazing and a rare find. When I thought about you guys she was the reason I did. Interacting with her was so easy and pleasant. One of my biggest fears of taking my car is how difficult it can be to talk to the repair shop. I knew that I wouldn't have to worry about that so that's why I choose your place. Jennifer was just as amazing this time. Also Michael who I spoke with in the phone and ... in person was also absolutely delightful and perfect. Jennifer and a Michael could not be any better at their jobs. I recently brought my Silverado 2500 HD in for a damaged bumper cover repair. McKinley B was my estimator and effectively customer service rep throughout. What I was extremely pleased with (beyond the obvious - the repair itself) is that McKinley (1) communicated early and often throughout the process (I actually got the vehicle back a little earlier than planned), and (2) was extremely customer focused and thoughtful about any questions or concerns I might have had. Would never hesitate to send anyone his way at Gerber for their own repairs.

I'm a teenager and I had just bought my first car. Later, I discovered that the door was messed up and when it rained water would pour in. I take it in and David H assist me. He was so sweet and fixed the door in 20 seconds. I highly recommend bringing your messed up car to this Gerber!

I brought my car for an estimate at the Schaumburg location and the services were actually done in Melrose Park. I could not ask for better service between these two locations. I thank everyone I talked to and everyone who put in the labor. This is one of three accidents I have experienced THIS YEAR. All not my fault to clarify. The same shop fixed my car the first two times. I was scared to stray from them. But the other driver's insurance company insisted I go to Gerber. I see exactly why. You guys took care of me right away! My mind is blown at how fast it was fixed versus the month(s) I had to wait at the other place...and it was for way less damage. I've been through so much and you guys were able to empathize, communicate, do it faster than the date I was given, and put me at ease with my unfortunate luck. I truly appreciate it.

I recently had my parents travel to see my family from Ireland. On the day they were leaving, my father drove my car into my garage door, causing multiple scratches to the bonnet, windscreen and front bumper. Luckily he was ok but upset about not only damaging the car and garage but the cost involved in getting them fixed. Having dealt with your company previously for a minor collision my wife was involved in a few years ago, I called Gerber and got my car in for an inspection on Saturday, roughly half an hour before the location was to close for the weekend. We met David H. who after inspecting the car asked if we had time for him to try and take out a few of the scratches immediately. We were delighted and said of course. As happy as we were with that, we were even more excited when approximately 20 minutes later, David drove our car ... out of the garage - and the car looked completely fine! Not knowing anything about cars, we were at the mercy of your estimator and were dreading him telling us how much it would cost to replace. We were both humbled and delighted that your estimator not only dealt with our issue straight away but was able to fix it immediately. And then refused to charge us; instead, telling my dad "to be more careful next time, glad you had a good trip". I hope you know how lucky you are to have an employee who cares not only for your customers but also for your company's reputation. Know that we will speak fondly of Gerber Collision and Glass and your exemplary employees at functions and family gatherings in the future.
