From start to finish everything was great and stress free. Katie at the front desk at drop off did a great job of going over the paperwork and making sure I understood everything. Matt made sure to give me updates throughout the repair process. Customer service was amazing.

We unfortunately had to use this shop on several occasions over the past few years. We have always been very pleased with the repairs and service. Honestly, I hope we don't have to go back, but if we have another accident we wouldn't;t use a different shop.

I was kept VERY well informed along the entire process - the updates were much appreciated...when someone said they were going to call on "xyz" day, they did. That's not very common these days. There was an unanticipated issue that was discovered with the brakes on the car - Kyle called me right away and explained it in detail and that repair was done too. I am SOOOO glad this was discovered in the shop and not when my daughter was on the expressway. Will definitely recommend to others and would return without hesitation in the unfortunate instance of body damage to one of my vehicles.
