We had some work done after an accident and they were very professional, understanding and willing to work with our insurance company. After a few months, another issue arose from the accident and they worked with us to get this issue resolved with as little inconvenience to us as possible. Great customer service and great business attitude. They stand behind their work! Thanks to Joe (GM) for all his time and efforts to help resolve the situation.

These guys went above and beyond. They restored my headlights as a customer courtesy, swept out my vehicle, and made the necessary repairs to my vehicle after I was rear-ended buy a driver insured by Farmers Insurance. These guys are a Class Act this is the third time they repaired a vehicle for me due to someone else's negligence and every time they've gone above and beyond I couldn't be happier.

Top notch company, from entering the building to leaving the building. Took my truck in to be repaired and Nicole was there to greet us at the front counter. She let Eric know we were there and got us set up with our rental. While she did that, Eric took me back and discussed the repairs my truck would be needing. By time Eric was done the rental was there and ready to go. Got the call my truck was done and again Nicole was there to greet us. She received the rental back and took care of the paper work and handed me my keys. Eric walked around my truck with me to make sure i was happy with the repairs. When i climbed into my truck, they had swept it out and even lubed my door hinges for me. VERY VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I GOT FROM GERBER AND THEIR EMPLOYEES THERE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
