The entire staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful with any questions. They all had positive attitudes and made my car look brand new! Not only was my car cleaned entirely on the outside, but even the inside was clean. FANTASTIC SERVICE. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends/family in the future.

I have been fortunate enough to not have any experiences dealing with collision repair shops and didn't have a lot of knowledge about the claims and repair processes. The team at Gerber was very patient in answering my questions and was very thorough in their explanations of the entire process. Every interaction that I had with any member of the team was extremely positive. On top of all that, the work that they did on the bumper and rear passenger side of my vehicle was exceptional. Gerber recently repaired my Toyota Camry that had a severely crunched fender and door. They gave me a good price, completed the job ahead of schedule and the quality of the repair was truly Awesome. They took the extra step of cleaning the entire car prior to delivery. Having dealt with Abbotts Collision many times prior to this, having a thoroughly appalling experience the last time, I decided to give Gerber a chance. They EXCEEDED my expectations on all dimensions--being a successful small business owner myself my expectations are very high. Seriously, if you need collision work in the Greater Lafayette Area, go to Gerber on 600 Farabee Drive.

They went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I when my car had a hit and run. Everyone was amazingly nice, and even though we went to this Gerber because of insurance, but if we have any other car damage or body work done we'll go here!
