Tony and Nick were very professional in all they did to service our needs. Very thorough with communicating what they would do, did do and assuring us proper care to address anything else for us going forward. Front desk service was satisfactory, but a little unprofessional. Condition of car, inside and out was very clean upon pickup. Very pleasing to this customer. Overall, very satisfied with service provided.

Excellent service by Jeff. which is very important in this case because I have been coming her for over 10 years fro work on my Mercedes, Jaguars, etc. back when the business was Collision Revision. They always did an excellent job too and I now know that the quality continues as Gerber Collision and Glass. Jeff found a cheaper replacement part for me, and ensured that a tire was filled up when they saw the dummy light on the dash. He was also very helpful when getting back to me for the online estimate where I submitted pictures. Explained everything and the job was done perfectly, within 20 minutes, beating the half-hour estimate he gave and, for $40-$50 cheaper than what was quoted! Kudos to Jeff , the receptionist and all of the staff there at Gerber. It's because of them that i will be back!
