I cant even begin to say how happy i am with the job that was done on my car. Mike G. stayed in great contact updating me throughout the process and everyone there was happy to answer any questions i had. Extremely friendly staff, and very precise craftsmanship. TALKING ABOUT OUR VISIT AND THE ATTITUDE TOWARD US "ALL" THROUGH THE PROCESS OF GETTING OUR VAN REPAIRED, WE WERE QUITE PLEASED AND SOMEWHAT SHOCKED. MY HUSBAND SAID IT WAS LIKE LIVING BACK IN THE EARLY 60'S WHEN OWNERS FOUGHT FOR YOUR BUSINESS. The Estimator Brandon H. went way overboard to get us comfortable with what he was going to repair, related to what we were telling him. Making sure we were both "communicating." Then, when we went in to pick up our van, Michael V.,( now known to us as the Manager), went all through the processes step by step to allow us to feel comfortable. ( we thought by his actions and details that he was one of the guys who preformed part of the work. Knowledgeable, detailed and calm in spirit.)
