Excellent customer service & work! Kevin H. was outstanding. Not only did I get my front bumper fixed, he went the extra distance to help me on a couple other items (door jams, sun roof) that with his expertise was a "quick fix", but, something that was truly important to me. The entire staff is extremely pleasant and it's the only place we'll have our cars fixed or stop in for quick advice or recommendation. They are always accommodating and sincere. Thanks!

i came in to get an estimate on damage to my front end bumper. Tim gave me a written estimate he was courteous and profeesional and recognizing I did not have a way home he had One of the workers named Mark drive me back to my home since I did not use a rental car. Mark was very pleasant and a gentleman. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready so soon and aside from a new bumper my car was shiny and clean. Would gladly recommend Gerber in Munster, IN

From the moment we arrived with our car on the tow truck to this past Saturday when we took delivery of our repaired automobile he did every thing he could to keep us informed. He never failed to return my calls and went out of his way to help with the insurance company and car rental agency. I would also like to commend Sharon for her help on several occasions during this process.

I was really impressed out how good my car looked when I picked it up!! I wasn't expecting anything to go wrong, but I guess you can say that the work and friendliness of the employees exceeded my expectations!!. Excellent customer service totally explained the process and the steps that it would take to complete the project they finished in very short amount of time provided excellent rental service and last but not least did a excellent repair that I was very satisfied with.
