Excellent job. Had an accident where it wasn't my fault, but other driver left, so it ended up being my headache. Rick and Kyle and the entire staff made it simple since they worked with my insurance and so it was a pleasant experience. My car looks brand new. I'm extremely happy with the entire turnover.

I'm so happy that Gerber Collision fixed my car. They made sure everything was perfect. They paid close attention to detail and it looks like a brand new car. Gary was pleasant to talk to when he called to update me on my car. The addressed every concern I had. Trampus and Joe made sure that I was happy with the vehicle.

So I just received my car back today. I had hit a deer and had a nice amount of damage that,after gerber was done, looked amazing. I do have a problem with the door not closing, but called and scheduled for them to take a look at it and they were very professional and understanding. The man Julio went thru the claims with me and I wish we would of noticed the door issue, however with everyone there being so wonderful I have no problem going back to have it looked at. Thank you Gerber of Merrillville. You guys have gained a lifetime customer!

I could not have been happier about my complete service at Gerber. From the first time I walked in their doors for a free estimate to picking up my vehicle, I was treated with the highest customer service. Their staff was knowledgeable and wanted to keep the integrity of my vehicle as best as they could while keeping the costs low. I received updates via text message and phone calls to keep me in the loop of how the repair was going and the daily progress that was made. My repair was finished ahead of schedule and looks like new! I cannot recommend Gerber more highly for your next repair!
