Great service at Gerber collision center. The employees are organized. You can tell who is doing what while in the waiting area. I had a chance to work with Mr. C who got my vehicle in for the scheduled appointment. Surprisingly the work was completed to satisfaction on the same day. I have picked it up and saved on rental. Kudos to Cassat location team.

Very good experience .... They treat their customers well. The process is very efficient and organized for handling a customer's claim, the repair work, etc. It was a nice add on to have the car washed before I picked it up.
