I can not tell you how amazing Allison was from this location. I had an impossible task of getting my fixed days before I had to move out of the State and not only did she insureme it could be done she kept me updated throughout the whole expireance. She helped me get a rental car as well. When I came to pick the car up everything that I could see and tell were perfect. I leave today and just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you Allison for helping me relax and get my car before I needed it.

Wow! Talk about exceeding all expectations, Gerber Collision did just that. From the initial call to set up the repair estimate appointment, to dropping it off and then, to totally surprise us by getting a call apprising us that the vehicle was ready before the projected time and finally, to find it in PERFECT condition, all I can say is wow! Gerber was great!..Ricky B., the estimator who handled our claim, was the consummate professional---courteous, attentive and totally focused on satisfying us. When my wife Cindy and I arrived at the shop to pick up our car, Ricky made the experience simply delightful. He escorted us to the car, showed us in intricate detail what was done, explained the new auto repair process that our car went through, and finally, assured us that if there were any additional issues or concerns pertaining to the ... repair that he was just a phone call away. I must reiterate that the appearance of our Camry was flawless. In fact, Cindy and I had an friendly argument over who was going to drive the car home!
