Being my first time at Gerber Collision & Glass, I was very pleased with their level of customer service. My repairs were handled in a timely manner and the people here were warm and friendly. They did an excellent job on our prius. They pointed us towards the rental car coupon and did an amazing job keeping us updated on the timeframe and what was going on. The only thing We'd say could be improved upon is that they didnt know how to fix the hybrid part of our engine and as that becomes more common they should be equipped to handle it. Also, because they could not they had to send it someone else and that extended the time our car was in the shop by an extra week and a half. We are grateful they handled our rental car past the guaranteed date. We are over all very happy with the service received and the great customer service we received. We'd recommend them to others.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They made my turn go from worst day of the year! They turned into a great day. The staff helped us out every at every turn. They even fixed a rental car on the spot so we would have a vehicle to use. They by far are the best company i have dealt with when it comes to anything auto related i would highly recommend them and put my name on the line any time they asked and suggest that everyone use this company and store.

This location is the only ceritified mechanics in Jacksonville. At first, I was leary. When they say first imperssion matter--it does. Immediately, I felt at secure and welcomed. The lobby was bright and clean. A major plus! Then I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist--not a normal experience at mechanic shops. She was great, imformative, friendly. The individual that provided the quote and updates was very percise and provided great communication. I knew what to expect and what was going. I thoroughly enjoyed the experiment. I recommended the place to my son. And I will recommend them to others. Great location, clean and inviting atmosphere, topped with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
