My experience with Gerber was outstanding. The staff at Gerber was highly professional and courteous. The staff seemed very eager to make sure as a customer that i was totally assured and satisfied. They kept me informed of every detail from the beginning to the end regarding the repairs that were being made to my car, and they made sure i understood every step along the way. The staff at your Jessup Gerber store are a representation of what you would expect out of a 5 star bussiness. If i had to have any collision or glass repairs done in the future, i would without a second thought, choose the Jessup Gerber shop for those repairs. Kelly and Taylor where really GREAT!!!! I came into the shop the other day bright and early in the morning without an appointment and they were so helpful. They got my estimate and vehicle fixed by the end of the very same day!!!! I was very appreciative of their professionalism and response to my needs, They were the best and thanks again, I look forward to coming back again BUT I hope I don't have too!!!! LOL

Everyone was so nice and fast. I came in, they called me a rental, took my keys, gave me a donut, made me smile with a very lame joke, inspected my car with me, all with in about 10 mins. I was able to get to work very fast. Special thanks to the two women up front and Kris from the back.
