The crew over on Race Road couldn't have done a better job with my car. Taylor and Kelley were always making sure I was up-to-date with my car's status, and John and Gary were very detailed in everything that went on with my car during the repair process. Roberto did a good job cleaning up my Pontiac G8 after all the work was done, and the unnamed "Body Man" devoted days to making sure my ride was back to being good as new. I can tell that everyone involved genuinely cared about the condition my car was returned to me in. I can't recommend the Gerber team in Jessup enough. I really appreciate them putting my car back together again.

I was very pleased with Gerber. They were able to take my car sooner than the original appointment date. They completed the work in 24 hours, despite they anticipated 10 business days. And, they washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Wow.

Very friendly staff. Excellent work performed on my vehicle. During my collision, I wasn't sure if my vehicle would be drivable again. But after taking my vehicle to Gerber, not only was my vehicle drivable, but it drives just as good as it did prior to the collision. It's as if the collision never even happened. Tammy and John did an excellent job having my vehicle repaired.

Everyone was very helpful and explained the process. They made sure we were updated regularly and our car was finished ahead of schedule. We were helped mostly by Kelly at the front desk at the drop off and pickup.

First, the staff was amazing. Tina and Kelley were the 2 employees with us from start to finish. Tina (besides being attractive), conducted the assessment in about 5 mins, provided me all the details to Kelley whom walked us through the work completed (on pick-up day) in an impressive 2 1/2 days (originally quoted 6 days). I also received a few calls over the course of the week letting me know the current status, which was nice. And the work is flawless (or either im blind)! I cannot even tell the vehicle was previously damaged! Would recommend to anyone.
