Really excellent customer service - they under-promised and over-delivered. From the moment I arrived, I and my car were treated with respect and care. My car was ready before the date promised, and I got a phone call a few hours ahead of time, allowing me time to plan to get there. When I arrived to pick it up, the person at the front desk remembered me and what car I had. The outside of my car looked great. I was especially impressed that, although they had to uninstall my child seat in connection with the repair, when they were done, they re-installed it - and it was more secure after that than it was when I brought the car in! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the car had some dirt and debris on the inside when I got it back. Other than that, it was a stellar experience and I would definitely recommend this place to ... anyone looking for quality work at reasonable prices with excellent customer service. read more

I appreciate the excellent customer service I received at the Kennesaw Gerber collision & glass location. They were excellent to deal with from the moment I had my car towed into the lot, were patient with my many questions and phone calls.
