The least favorable aspect of this specific car repair was the length of time it took for repair. However, this timing was comparable for the type and severity of the repair. Additionally, all individuals were pleasant, in contact with me regularly with updates and were flexible regarding means of payment. Gerber is a company I would use again and would refer to friends and family.

I was very impressed with everything I received from Gerber in regards to the repairs on my car. Adam explained and kept me well informed of what was going on with the repair process. And very friendly and informative. Mark was very friendly also and explained and gave me confidence that Gerber would take good care of my car repairs. Marianne was also very friendly and answered all the questions I had about this process. Thanks to all who were behind the scenes who also worked on my car. Jeff and AJ were very personable and professional in making sure that the job was done correctly and In a timely manner. Actually, my car was finished two days early. I am retired & on limited income. I hit a jutting out hitch in a Kroger parking lot ( which I could not see ). Due to the amount, & what I had to pay as my deductible, it was best I pay directly for the repair. They understood how upset I was, & since there wasn't any other damage to my front bumper, & it was my only car, the repair was done in one day. They even brought me home after I dropped it off in the am & picked me up in the pm. Professional service from employees who cared about their customers! Thank you.
