I brought my 2019 Subaru Outback in for repairs following a crash in which I was rear-ended. My service advisor was Presten, who did an amazing job of keeping me updated regarding the repair process, as well as being patient with my questions and following up with a couple of lingering issues. The process couldn't have been easier and my car looks as good as new!

I knocked off my rear view mirror on my Audi A6. Couldn't get it back on. The Audi dealer couldn't get it back on either and wanted $800 for a new mirror. I stopped at the Kentwood location today and Kyle put it all back together in just a few minutes. Thank you Kyle for your great service.

I hit a deer a few weeks back, I wasn't sure where to take it and then I remembered a family friend works at a different location. I knew the kind of work he did so I decided to take my car to the Kentwood location as it was around the corner from my house. It also worked out that my insurance company suggests using Gerber. I was first surprised when I got the estimate back so fast and extremely happy with how upfront they were with the process and how long it could take. I appreciated getting updates whenever they started working on it or where in the process it was. They gave me a estimated time of 9/22/21 for a completion date and was very happy when they called me 5 days early and told me it was done. When I picked my car up the first thing I noticed was that they detailed the interior of my car as well. They went above and beyond ... with my car and I am extremely happy that I chose Gerber and especially this location. read more

The process from the insurance company (AAA) to the time I dropped my car off was 2 hours. The entire experience was excellent and so easy. Even when interacting with different people at Gerber throughout the process, the customer service level was the same, excellent.
