Chad B. took great care of me. He explained what he was going to do. He pointed out another spot on the bumper that needed fixing. He explained what the options were for repairing this second area. I dropped off the car one morning and had the car back the following afternoon. It is perfect and looked like new.

From the first phone call to driving away with a fixed up and beautiful vehicle, Gerber Collision was fantastic to work with. Shannon and Chris were amazing and even provided a quick sense of humor (which is something I love). My van was cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up and I wasn't even expecting that. What a wonderful surprise. Chris even went so far as to help me place my multiple car seats back in my van in the super cold weather.
