Several delays plagued the repair, most beyond their control, and I am finally picking back up my car this morning. Once I made clear I wanted to be in direct contact with them, things were clearly communicated and the staff were very accommodating. They even offered to drive me to work this morning when there was a delay in receiving my car this morning. I work an hour away, so I know the offer to drive me to work would have been an inconvenience to them. Luckily I had time to wait so I am relaxing in their lobby for my vehicle to be ready.

My vehicle needed paint fixed on the top from manufacturers recall. The work Gerber put into my vehicle was great, and their customer service was even better. From start to finish I was updated and understood what was going on. I believe the employees who work at this location take pride in their work and enjoy what they do. Overall satisfied customer.

The repair looks good and I'm happy with it! It took significantly longer to complete the repair than I'd hoped, though that may have been due to larger than average volume because of a recent tornado. Thanks for taking the time to call me after closing to give me an update on the progress of the repair!
