I hit a deer northeast of Seattle, while on vacation to visit my son stationed Fort Lewis. USAA recommended Gerber for the repair and I was very satisfied with how they dealt with me. They quickly assessed the damage, helped me get a rental car and promised me fast service. I was very happy with my professional dealings with Riley. She kept me updated with the vehicle repair and was completed earlier than promised. I have just made my way back home safely to Augusta, Ga and have had no problems with the repairs made by the Gerber shop. I would deal with them again if in the area and recommend them to others. My car was finished correctly as far as I can tell. Customer service was good. I was updated in a timely manner. Gerber was on time and notified me of any changes. The people I dealt with were curious and polite.

Riley was awesome to work with. I was very happy with the service I received at Gerber. This was my first time using this shop. Riley was very friendly and fast and easy to deal with. She called me frequently to give updates on the status of my repair. My experience with Gerber was very satisfactory. My only issue was with the car rental company (Enterprise). I will provide feedback on them to my insurance company. If I ever need body work done in the future I will definitely come back.
