Gotta admit, I was not sure about coming in to this shop -- but I would certainly recommend _this_ Gerber shop in Lacey, WA to ANYBODY. Riley Morgan really set me up for sucess and went way above and beyond any customer service requirement. She worked in concert with her contact at Enterprise car rental, arranging for me to travel for work while my car was being repaired and be able to get back and forth from the airport. It all worked like clockwork. I could not be more pleased. Give that woman a raise. :) Seriously. She deserves it. She's making this company better and stronger.
