My vehicle looks brand new after the repair which was completed in less the estimated amount of time. This location did a great job communicating during the process to let me know what was going on. Nobody goes to a auto body shop because something good has happened. Either their car is damaged or they are simply unhappy with something about the car and want it fixed. So daily, employees at Gerber have to deal with people who have recently been made unhappy for some reason or another. That's a lot of stress on people and can be a rough atmosphere to work in. Well, for the second time in as many months I found myself to be one of those upset customers that needed the services of of Gerber Collision Center. And once again the folks at Gerber have been there with kind, professional attitudes and equally professional performance! Having my less than a month old new car dinged in a parking lot was heart breaking. The silver lining was the experience I had with Gerber Collision and glass. The staff are kind, courteous, and professional and the repair they performed looks first rate, very well done. The repair was completed on time and communication was prompt and thorough. I'm hard to impress but the folks at Gerber have done it and I'll definitely see them if their services are needed in the future. There's a reason Subaru Of America uses them for repair of their own vehicles. Highly recommended.

I have NEVER had such excellent customer service. Usually people don't bother taking the time to explain the details to me because I'm female, or assume I'm not knowledgeable enough to care. Jeff S. kept me more informed than the insurance company!! The staff was honest and sincere, and they went FAR above and beyond the call of duty for me.
