Went through my insurance (USAA) to get body work done to my car. I found the staff here to be incredibly friendly and so helpful. They really take an avid interest in talking to their customers and giving them the best care possible. I never once had to wait on the phone to speak with anyone. My repair was done exactly when they said it would be, and they went out of their way to correct an issue from the car wash (there was a minor scratch on the area repaired) and talk to the staff about it. The repair looked fantastic and there is a lifetime warranty on all their work! I also got my windows tinted while my car was there from the gentlemen they recommended (he has a mobile tint business). That came out fantastic as well, and the Gerber staff took additional time to talk to me about those options.They also repaired some additional tire ... damage to my car at no additional cost. It was completely unrelated to my claim, but they went the extra mile and did this anyway.I can't recommend them enough. They do great work and really go the distance to keep their customers happy. read more

I took my Dodge Ram in on Mon and they were ready and waiting-was told to expect them to take a week. The people in this location are absolutely wonderful, very helpful, extremely polite. I was called on Wed with an update on the repairs; should be completed by Fri. On Fari was informed the truck would be ready by 4:30/5:00. It was ready when I arrived and the repairs are beyond expectation. My vehicle looks brand new. The people (everyone from the front desk to the technician that detailed the truck before delivery) are great, the workmanship is great, the turn-around time is great. They were very meticulous in the way they handled my vehicle. I couldn't be more pleased. If I have any more repairs required this is where they will be done. I highly recommend Gerber to anyone needed these services.

Never had I been to Gerber. State Farm's recommendation. My car was one ear old. They replaced the bumper and match the paint to perfection. The painter should get a raise. The job made my car look perfect again. I will tell everyone about Gerber. It is the best.

I can't believe how smoothly this repair went. Gerber Collision arranged for the rental car and they were there to pick me up early the morning I brought my car in for repair. When my car was ready for pickup I went to the car rental place (Enterprise) and they took me back to Gerber to pick up my car. This saved a lot of stress on me as I did not have to have someone pick me up both times and transport me to the site. As far as Gerber Collision - they did a wonderful repair on my car and they called me and told me what was being done during the week. I highly recommend this company. Everyone from the receptionist to manager was very helpful and respectful. This holds true for Enterprise Rental Car also. g

Excellent customer service. Ashley made the whole process easy. She was right on time with everything. I had no extra down time due to Gerber. I was in and out very quickly. I received my car back when promised. Ashley was even willing to wait a few minutes after closing, so I could get there after work. Repair was amazing. Wow! My wife and I were so impressed with Gerber! Our VW Jetta was rear-ended causing damage to the trunk, tail light, and bumper. The folks at Gerber were so attentive and kept us in the loop during the entire process with progress reports. The repaired, replaced and repainted with perfection!
