"When I turned my truck into Gerber Collision Repair I was in a very sour mood. The accident I was in made me feel like it was the other drivers fault, but the cops found me guilty of the accident. I felt I was not given a fair chance to explain my perspective on the accident. I am in the military and my job is stressful and far from my home. Having a car is very important for me. As a military member they were conveniently partnered with USAA which also helped smoothen the process. As soon as I walked in I was met with friendly staff. The first thing I was asked was, "Are you okay?" From there on out the staff there made sure I was taken care of. They were very knowledgable and very patient. They took their time explaining to me the repairs and how the process worked. Aside from the outstanding customer service and ... understanding, they are conveniently located in an attached building to Enterprise rental, this made picking up and dropping off the truck very easy. The process was surely streamlined and ultimately refreshing and professional. They gave me the "old day" feel of a friendly mechanic staff. I appreciate their service and the job was amazing, and they are backed with great coverages for their services to your vehicle.
