I was very pleased Colleen R. was my estimator. She was engaging, informative, and thorough. Most importantly, my car was repaired quickly and perfectly. I also liked the convenience of Enterprise Rental being only a few steps away. I highly recommend this location.

I had some minor front end damage on my 2017 Tucson, and was referred by Geico to Gerber Collision on Decatur. The appointment was for the next day after my call, and the work was done in one day. David was very professional, and he made sure every issue was taken care of. I would highly recommend Gerber based on my experience with them. It's even nicer that Enterprise Rental cars is just a few steps out the door. This was a very positive experience dealing with David and Meghan. Five stars!

Jesus ! Hahahaha ! That's a compliment for one of the mechanics you have with that name . Super helpful ! He understood my concerns regarding my car and the safety i needed . He reassured me that once it is done it'll be as good as new. I was sad about what happened to my car but then again meeting Jesus makes me think, it'll still ok to have my car after that violation the culprits did to my car ! You should have more of him . He's a savior in a human form . I thank the real Jesus for jesus!

I was nervous about dropping my car off because of all the damages. Once I got there and spoke with my GEICO rep and my Gerber adjustor I felt at ease. I love how you kept me updated and in the loop through the whole process! My car looks amazing I can't even tell it was ever damaged! Thank you for doing such a great job! My Estimator Jesus turned the bad impression i had on you guys to make me a Promoter for Gerber .
