Dropped off my wife's Lexus at 10AM today to have side mirror housing replaced. It was damaged in parking lot incident. Less than 3 hours later I received phone call from Erika (Estimator) that car was ready to pick up. I asked if she had called the right customer, when I asked her the total charges I was amazed again. It was half of what was expected. Asked her again if she had called the right person. Picked up car and wife is thrilled as I am because of the bill. Thanks to all.
