I had an amazing experience with Gerber collision repair. They went above and beyond my expectations. I didn't expect them to pick up the rental car fee but they were nice enough to do so. The work that was done to the vehicle was amazing. If I didn't know the car was in a bad wreck I would have never guessed it.

I want to commend Kathy C. (CSR) and Ruben (Production Mgr.) at your facility on E Post Rd in Las Vegas, NV, for their outstanding customer service! They really stepped in and stepped up to help me out of a real jam. My car was recently in for collision repair. The initial estimate was performed by the General Mgr. at the time, Stanley E. The next day he called me back and let me know the damage was far more extensive after further inspection and the costs had shot up another $1800.00. After a week had gone by, my insurance company informed me that they would not be approving the cost of the repairs and if I still wanted to keep the vehicle, I would have to pay for all costs out of my own pocket. So I called Gerber Collision to speak with Stan about my options and if we could work something out, and that's when I was informed he was no ... longer with Gerber. Talk about things not going my way. Just when things looked bleak, Kathy listened to my story and went above and beyond to make sure that I would not fall between the cracks and be just another number. She consulted with Ruben and they put together a very reasonable estimate to put my car back together and even an extra request from me to weld the muffler exhaust back into place. I've had the car back now for about 4 days and I'm happy to report that it drives fine and apart from a few minor cosmetic things which I opted out of having repaired, I'm very satisfied with the work Gerber Collision performed. Thanks to their great service we were able to turn a very bad Christmas Eve collision experience into a very pleasant repair experience. My Grand Marquis looks like brand new. They did a wonderful job as usual. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of using this location and each time it just get better. They are alway friendly and on time with everything that they say they will do. I had need of a rental and Cathy called the rental company for me and had them come out and pick me up. Upon completion of the job it was just a matter of dropping of the rental at their location and again Cathy made the arrangements for the pick up. The repairs were done on time and the car looks great. When there was a delay due to additional damage being found Gerber handled the changes with the insurance company and had the vehicle done at the same time that I received notice from the insurance company that the additional repairs had been approved. Can't get better service than that.

I am 61 years old and have had my share of dealing with repairs to my cars, Gerber collision is #1 on my list now , Aremy J A. was the best customer service man that I have ever dealt with in any profession, he was very informative of the procedures and what I should expect from Gerber during the repair of my vehicle, his communication was perfect, he was polite and respectful and completely aware of my needs, he even referred me to Enterprise rentals to make the whole process go easier. My car was fantastic when I picked it up , everything was perfect, he even greeted me by name when I entered the office.. I will definitely suggest to all my friends that if they ever need to have work done to go to Gerber. You have a winner on your team with Aremy J A.
