I was very pleasantly surprised with the service i received at the Laurel, MD Location. The 2 main people i dealt with were Ivy Mason and Al B. In my estimation they went above and beyond to be sure i was happy and satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. Ivy was from start to finish very customer service oriented and most helpful during my experience there. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.

Outstang job and top notch customer service! Kristina, Alex, Al, and Katie were extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They all made this ordeal very easy to handle. They all displayed a true sense of pride in their jobs and it shows in their actions. I will come back anytime I need repair service even if my insurance company doesn't recommend this shop. More than pleased with the work done on my vehicle.

Al Barrett made sure that I was 100% satisfied with all of my repairs and I will recommend anyone to get their car repaired at Gerber.
