I had return my vehicle to Gerber collision, to have my vehicle rear drivers side repainted, I would like to say that I was quite please with the outcome not to mention the employees as it relates to following up with me keeping me abreast of the paining process. Kimberly N. was excellent during this whole process, and is indeed a master of her craft. Thank You all involved, for an outstanding job.

My car need the rear bumper and quarter panel replaced. The work was done in a timely manner. The paint job looked excellent and the trunk lid was put back on correctly. This was the second time I had the back end of my car replaced and I can't express how pleased I am with Gerber's work. Al showed us the repairs done to my car. He was very friendly and professional and I was very impressed with him as well. If I ever need any work done to my car again I will definitely come back to Gerber.

The car looks great, the estimate was completed quickly and accuratly, service dept called me everyother day with an update, when I picked up the car Al Barrett reviewed exactly what was done on the car and answered all my questions including the life time warranty. I will recomend Gerber to my friends for glass and collision repair.

It was a pleasure to work with the people at Gerber Collision & Glass. My car sustained damage to the driver's door and left front fender. It was easy to make an appointment to have my car brought to the one-stop business. When I brought my car in I was promptly met by an employee at the check-in desk where I filled out some paper work. Next, the insurance adjuster looked at the damage with me. Finally, I was escorted to the attached Enterprise rental car business to pick up my rental car. Everything was extremely convenient. Additionally, everyone was super polite, business-like, friendly and professional. Later the same day I was able to get an estimate of repair costs and the length of time for the repairs to be made. Gerber kept to their schedule and called me four days later to say that I could pick up my repaired car. An ... employee from the shop went over the repairs with me. Besides the repair work the shop cleaned and detailed my car. It never looked better. I was completely satisfied with the excellent job that had been done. He even assisted me in transferring my belongings from the rental car to my car. The service I received was outstanding. Al B. worked on my van and did an superb job repairing the damage - looks brand new. He also detailed my van thoroughly cleaning the inside and outside as an extra bonus for me, free of charge.
