So much I can say about this location. Everyone was very friendly & concerned about my vehicle as if it was their car. Over eight days, I received email updates & phone calls from the reps at this location. You all put customer service back in the word customer service. I do not know the last time I received such an awesome experience without being so agitated when I finished. Please give my thanks, once again to this location for going over beyond with my Audi A4. I cannot say enough great things about the staff, the workmanship , the short time they had my vehicle, got it back the day they promised, washed, tires gleaming, inside vacuumed out. The estimator :Leann was so down the earth, explained the whole process to us, showed us what would be fixed. The cashier made you feel so at ease, we had a few laughs, always a smile ,greeted us like we were old friends. There was nothing but good results from the entire process, from the estimate to the pick up.
