my name is Dave K. and this week (10/8) your crew finished working on my mustang. I want to make DAMN SURE that you are fully aware of the tremendous and satisfying job that these people performed on that collision fix. From Kim finding me a door, to James writing it up, to Nikki keeping me up to date...You can absolutely rest assured that your body shop is in VERY GOOD HANDS. Then Ed handed me the keys after pointing out every possible point of issue with me. Because i asked him to; he re-painted a small area on the air scoop (not because it wasnt done right) and then he matched the color of the door precisely. I have been an artist for 35 years and i am an expert with paint. i can tell the difference in a couple shades...the color is absolutely spot on. It is very important to me that you know what an outstanding job these people do for ... your customers and then you make sure that they know that you know. I just wanted to write and say THANK YOU for the wonderful service and customer support I received recently when I brought my car in to Pearl Autobody to have some major body work done. I was involved in an automobile accident that resulted in considerable damage to my vehicle. Although nobody was hurt, the accident shook me up quite a it. Then, even though the other party was at fault, her insurance company did not treat me very well. Fortunately, my experience with Pearl Autobody was amazing! It more than made up for the poor treatment I received from the other party's insurance company. Not only did you guys do an amazing job with the body work (you would never know there had been any damage), but everybody there was so pleasant to work with. My car was in the shop for 15 days, but Nicki (spelling?) called me every day or two to keep ... me informed of the progress that was being made on the vehicle. That was very helpful and reassuring! If my husband or I ever need body work done on our vehicles, we will definitely use Pearl Autobody! We will also recommend you to all of our friends and colleagues (which is why I took several business cards with me when I picked up my car)! You went over and beyond our expectations!!! Your auto body shop was there when the other body shops could not come through for us. This service was actually performed at the Longmont Pearl Auto Body location (not included in the drop down menu). The team at Pearl was great. From keeping me up to date about my repair to negotiating with my insurance company and providing me with services at no extra cost even when my insurance company wouldn't cover some of the repairs, the process was seamless and the team went above and beyond in making sure my car was fixed in the proper way after a hit-and-run while my car was parked. Just wanted to let you know the service I received and the repairs made to my Honda CRV were excellent. The front fender looks as if it was never damaged and the paint blends in perfectly with the rest of the body. In addition, I am ever so thankful for you fixing the back tailgate. I was told it would take five days to complete the repairs and my car was done on time. I appreciate the call mid-week letting me know the status of my vehicle and then again on the morning of the last day to let me know when my car would be ready. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous. Everything was explained to me in advanced and there were no surprises during or afterwards. Well, there was one pleasant surprise; my car was cleaned inside and out! In these days when good service is a ‘thing of the past’, the high level of professionalism and ... customer service provided by you and your team is refreshing. Hi Ed, I just wanted to say thanks again for everything. I really appreciate the prompt and thorough customer service that I received from you and Nikki. I know that getting the bumper warrantied was a lot to ask, but I feel that you and your team went above and beyond to deliver great results. I also appreciate your patience with me being so particular and asking so many questions. I ended up installing the step pad last night and I think the bumper looks perfect. The bumper is secure and looks really great. I am very happy with the end result! I will definitely bring my business to you in the future and certainly recommend Pearl Auto Body to others as well.
